Brand new, built in 2021, this ideal centrally located cozy home right in the heart of Meridian & Nampa Idaho is equipped with 1 master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, an 2nd private room with another King Bed and a 3rd private room with 1 Queen bed with a full bathroom located between the 2nd and 3rd rooms and half bathroom located on the main level additionally for those extra sleepers we provide a air mattress and a portable crib, you will also enjoy you will enjoy a living room

Guest Access:
In the main level living area you can kick back and enjoy a 70” Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more.

We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!

This beautiful home is tucked away in a private family friendly neighborhood, two minutes away from Walmart.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
