Bay Watch has a great private location backing up to the State Park and is just steps away from the playground and a couple minute walk to the pools, tennis courts, and beach.

Layout: 1st level- carport for 2 vehicles and entryway. 2nd level-open floor plan with brand new living room furniture, large smart tv, dining table for 6, fully stocked kitchen and high top seating for 2, oversized deck with grill and seating for 6, full bathroom, and double/twin bunk room. 3rd level-double master suite with private baths and balconies, one king and one queen, laundry room.
Also, if you need some additional space but may want it to be a bit separate, consider renting the unit next door, Barrier Dunes 164 - 144 Bay Breeze.
