Drop your bags and immediately take in the sweeping scenery from the bright, open living area or step out onto the large private balcony for an elevated coastal experience you won't forget. Designed with comfort in mind, the spacious layout offers ample seating for six — perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or gathering for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The thoughtful split floor plan provides ideal privacy for families or traveling friends, with a generously sized bedroom and full bathroom located on either side of the living area.

The 9400 Building offers everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the beach.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

The layout of the place was very nice - two beds in each room and two full bathrooms. However, the twin beds were very uncomfortable where they sagged in the middle causing discomfort with sleeping. The master bathroom bathtub has a plumbing problem. The water fills up about 5 inches when you are showering and takes a long time to drain. There was also a shortage of hot water resulting in us having to take cold showers.The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The pool was very nice. It is a convenient location and the hug couch was comfortable and large.Would be nice to have some chairs on the balcony to sit outside.

We were happy upon entering. But those twin beds were horrible. Didn’t sleep all week. You could see and feel the springs awful. And for the money not good. Also a beautiful view from the balcony but nothing to sit on to enjoy it!, even if you had some nice folding chairs in the outside closet to put out to sit on. And advertised seating at the bar.?? And the shower in the master bath, the water did not drain so you had to stand in ankle deep water. Maybe have the cleaning people use some drains. I would stay again or recommend if these issues we’re addressed.

Ocean city vacation

Condo was exactly as pictured and in a great location. Right across the street from restaurants, a surf shop and a grocery store. 15 min drive to boardwalk. Property was well maintained and pool area was great. My only gripe is that the check in process was annoying. We arrived between 3-5 as requested and no one was there. There were 2 other groups waiting to check in. When the agent finally came down, she did not give us the promised bag of paper towels and toilet paper. She was pretty unapologetic about it too. We had to run out for toilet paper with 2 small kids as soon as we got there. Overall, I would recommend this property but would advise that you bring everything with you. I would also advise the property manager to put a broom in the condo so guests could straighten up a bit
