Kept Deposit - Hasn't return money

I inquired about this location on 09/12/2022 via his ad that was for $1,200 a month. I then made contact with him to rent his apartment for three months. We met him at his address where he collected $1,500 check and would hold the check until we had the written contract signed. The next day we let him know we did not need the contract and we did not want the unit. It is near a month later and he has still not returned our $1,500 that now is considered stolen. This is theft. I would not recommend.

My stay was great I will come back next year I like the place cabin on the lake you can get away and relax your mind you can fish even at night cause your house is on the water it's nice for a couple try it I will be back

nice place

Very clean and well maintained property. Right on the water, almost feel like you are on a houseboat. You are in town in about 5 minutes, so location is very good for shopping for what you need and only a bit further out from the Historic District which is a "MUST SEE" . Hot Springs is a great destination and this property is a nice little get away spot. It was very quiet, almost no boat traffic in the cove off the deck. Great sunrise over the water too.
