Lakefront Oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Nestled in the Ouachita Mountains you will fall in love with our beautiful sunsets and just steps away from the water. This newly renovated condo boast a King bed and is right on the water's edge. Away from the hustle and bustle yet only minutes to all the attractions and beautiful downtown Hot Springs. Perfect location if you love the outdoors. So come and relax and enjoy all Lakefront Oasis has to offer.

The space
The pictures do not do the condo justice. It is newly renovated and totally updated with a comfortable mid century modern appeal.

Guest have access to one reserved parking spot and additional guest parking just across from the condo. They also have acress to a boardwalk that spans the complex and 2 community grills.

It was good except it was very difficult to open front door, outside patio light was out, under bed very dirty, smell inside was strong, A/C unit was a window unit on the opposite side of bedroom making it hot, cooking on stove was nearly impossible because no suction of air above, we had to open all doors to let smoke out, BBQ grill had remain of old burned charcoal , other then all of that it was good

Nice rental at a reasonable rate. Enjoyed the quiet location. Great view out the patio door. Good kitchen that's nicely equipped. Only negative was limited closet and no dresser or a place for suitcases to sit.

It met our needs w friends at the same place . But needs some attention. The patio def needed some attention. There’s a lovely big tree right outside the patio, but the roots to the tree are so exposed ,It makes it a real hazard. Perhaps bringing in some P gravel to fill the area would make it much better. Patio furniture is in need of replacement. And some much-needed cleanup to the back area. The bed was extremely comfortable. But there is no kind of dresser or cabinets to put clothing in bedroom . A little difficult to find plug-ins in the right spot, but that’s probably because it’s an older property. Space was clean and well appointed with things that we needed for the most part. Love sitting and looking out at the water.

Anniversary Trip!

The property is very clean and appeasing to the eye. It’s a little spot right off the water with an outdoor seating area perfect for relaxing. The property manager was very good about getting general information to us, but not the best at answering direct messages or questions. Other than that, everything was great and beautiful. Hats off to the kindest cleaning lady who did an amazing job preparing the space for us!

Great getaway

My wife and I do an annual weekend getaway for our anniversary. Sometimes we do hotels and other times we do a VRBO. We've had some not so great experiences with VRBO properties but this one was perfect and has us wanting to go back. Super clean and every detail was just as advertised. We both love being near the water and this one delivered! You step out the back door and are literally several feet from the water. The atmosphere was relaxing and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The host gave us detailed directions in the event electronic navigation failed us but we found out easily without any problems. We enjoyed the large smart television and relaxing on the patio with the gas fire pit in the evening. We will be going back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for their own little oasis.

Fisherman’s Paradise

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean and functional. Very nicely decorated but very livable! My main concern was the single window unit at the back of the condo on the opposite end from the bedroom. I am very hot natured. I brought a fan just in case! It was not needed!! Wow! Even had to turn the thermostat up and turn the fan speed down! It got chilly!! In the middle of July! We loved being steps from the boardwalk and being able to go out at any time to fish! We especially enjoyed watching the shooting stars! The location was ideal! Close to “all the things” but far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. Getting to the condo will have you questioning if you are going the right way, but once you come and go a couple of times, you won’t have any problems. We lived it and hope to come back soon!

Lovely Condo - Hiccup Chocking In

We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful, very comfortable bed. It was a quick one night stay but we plan to return for a long weekend. Poor cell service made things difficult when we had a hiccup with check in (detailed email didn’t reach us) Our fault for not alerting the host before midnight when we arrived but with poor cell service we had to back track until we could get service to reach out for help. The host was very helpful once we reached her.

Short but sweet

This is a very nice unit, very modern and exceptionally clean, just right for the two of us. The bed was both large and very comfortable and all the furnishings were top notch and in excellent condition. Even though we did not get to use the outside area due to rain, the location is great, right on the river with a seating area and firepit. Add in the fact that the complex has a secure entry gate, it is a first floor unit with parking right outside and you have the perfect setup for us. I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend to friends and family.
