Papakea is truly the spirit of Old Hawaii. With 11 low rise condo buildings scattered across 13 oceanfront acres. It is set well back from the street but is still conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. Right on the ocean just a short walk to north Kaanapali Beach. The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with red ginger and red palms. At dusk, every evening, the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds throughout the property. Papakea’s location is as good as it gets!

The Papakea has it all: Ocean beaches, green manicured lawns, Koi ponds, putting greens shuffleboard, tennis courts, swimming pool, hot tubs, pool cabanas and six BBQs by each pool.

The Noniluna One is a unique oceanfront penthouse, featuring four sleeping areas: Primary bedroom on the main floor; second bedroom on the main floor; upper-level sleeping loft and sofa bed in the living room. This condo is 1240 sq ft. The largest at Papakea and is fully aircondtioned as of 2023.

This is a perfect condo for families or multiple friends staying at the Papakea Resort. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the ocean and starting each day with coffee on your spacious lanai. From the lanai, you are literally 45’ from the water.
Upon entering, the first guest room is on your right with a Queen bed. There is a separate bathroom outside the first guest room with a shower tub. Also on the main floor is the Primary (Master), with a tub/shower and a Cal King bed.
Upstairs in the open loft, you will find three beds: a Queen, a Double and a Twin. On this floor is a locking entry door and a bathroom.
The living room can accommodate your additional guests with a Queen size sofa bed. All in all, the unit sleeps 11 plus a Pack N Play. You will find the Noniluna One, kid friendly: for your use, a stroller, highchair and Pack N Play with sheets.
There are ceiling fans throughout the condo and a split system AC in every room.
You will find a fully stocked kitchen with appliances such as: Blender; Insta Pot; Rice Cooker, Coffee Maker, Air Fryer and a beverage frig. There are plenty of plastic dishware to use at the pool and two coolers for your use. We encourage guests to leave nonperishable spices and food items so you most likely will find a good supply of spices. Beach towels are provided, as well as a beach umbrella, golf putters and beach chairs. Depending on what guests have left, you may find body boards, beach toys and snorkel gear.
The Papakea charges a facilities fee of $17/day for the 1st 10 days of your stay in a calendar month. Parking is free for the first car and $5/day for each additional car (no limit). The fee gives you one parking pass, free High-Speed Internet and use of all of the resort amenities.
