The "Fern" Cottage is a Crystal Beach original, the house offers all the rustic charm with the updated conveniences of a newer kitchen, an updated bathroom, the living room has a comfortable seating area with a TV, NETFLIX, Disney Plus & Prime TV subscription, board games, playing cards and WIFi to keep everyone busy.

Great backyard space with firepit, bbq, lounge seating and picnic table seating for 6.
The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances including a Fridge, Stove, Microwave, toaster, Keurig and a DISHWASHER. The kitchen is stocked with pots & pans, dishes and all the cooking ware & utensils needed. We have supplied the condiments. All you need to do is BRING FOOD!

Master Bedroom- Queen size bed with brand new Serta comfort mattress
Kids room - 2 twin beds with brand new plush mattresses
Click down the couch for extra sleeping for 1 more.

Extra things supplied in the house are free to use, we have tried to be thoughtful and think of stuff you may have forgotten, just please leave them behind for other guests to enjoy!

Everything taken care of

The property was wonderful and all the little details were taken care off. Great communication with Michelle, close enough to walk to the beach but not so close you were in the middle of everything. Would recommend this property for a quiet getaway

Great stay in Crystal Beach

We had a great time staying in Michelle’s cottage. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean. We really appreciated the beach passes. We loved the backyard and had a fire. The location of the cottage was amazing, we walked to the beach, restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay at Michelle’s cottage again! Thank you.

Peaceful stay in a quaint cottage

We loved that the neighborhood was quiet and walkable.Our favorite part was the backyard - a serene place with flowers, fenced in private and with a grill and fire pit. We were able to purchase firewood nearby for 5.00 a bundle and had a fire every night. There were solar lights that came on a twilight and we could also plug in lights that beautifully surrounded the fence. Also, Michelle, the owner, was responsive to any questions within minutes. Her mother lives across the street and was so friendly and helpful. We had fun shopping in downtown Ridgeway and purchased our meals at a nearby grocery story and a convenient wine store.
