We had a fantastic mini vacation with our grandkids. This property was clean and nicely upgraded.Great Location on the beach with beautiful views of the Ocean. Entire Condo grounds well maintained and Pool was perfect for Adults and wading pool for babies. Highly recommend.
The condo was clean and well supplied. We had a beautiful view of the beach and a short walk to the beach and pool. The check-in and check-out process was simple. We will definitely stay here again!
This property was just as advertised and more. It was quiet and relaxing with great beach access. The property is just a short drive to St. Augustine and also not far from Daytona Beach to the south. The unit is decorated beautifully and is stocked with all necessary amenities to enjoy a hassle-free vacation. We would definitely choose this property again if we ever visit the area.
This fantastic unit is literally on the beach!! Wake up with the sunrise from the master bedroom panoramic window, step onto the balcony and enjoy the amazing view!! The unit itself is gorgeous and has been remodeled to open up the kitchen to the living and dining areas. The other units at The Coquina have a peninsula separating the spaces which makes it a tight squeeze but this renovated layout gives so much more room. It really is perfect!
This unit is newly updated and has everything you could need at the beach, including lots of nice beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, and more. Comfy beds in both rooms. Stairs were not an issue for us, but if you can’t climb stairs, that would be a negative for those.
Grew up staying in the Coquina Condos and returning as an adult was just as awesome! This unit has been updated and the new kitchen layout is genius. All the kitchen and bath necessities were provided as listed and we had plenty of space for 3 teens and 2 adults. The views were just about as good as it gets at the beach and proximity to the pool was not noisy at all. Will 100% be booking again at some point in the future!
We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was very clean and it was obvious the owners had taken time to update and decorate. The beach and pool access was extremely easy and the pool and beach were never crowded. The views of the beach from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom were fabulous! I appreciated the power strips next to the nightstands in the bedrooms for extra plugs and the floor fan. The only suggestions I would have are to add some clocks and more sharp knives. Otherwise it was perfect for my family of 3 and we would definitely come back!
This is a beautiful newly remodeled condo in a wonderful location —direct oceanfront, on an expansive, uncrowded beach. The only “issues” we had were minor ones. It took us three days to find the beach umbrellas in the closet of the smaller bedroom, and about that long to discover that there were full length mirrors behind both bedroom doors. The kitchen could use more regular glasses and a bigger skillet. There were plenty of dishes and silverware.
This was a beautiful remodeling job from the flooring both upstairs and down to the amazing showers and tasteful kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay at our newly remodeled oceanfront condo. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your time with us and that the location and the amenities met your expectations. We apologize for the minor issues you experienced during your stay, including the difficulty in locating the beach umbrellas and discovering the full-length mirrors behind the bedroom doors. We will make sure to improve our communication regarding the location of the amenities for future guests.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us.
Overall the property was very nice…the primary bedrooms bed was a piece of foam on top of the mattress and the windows do not open which is a shame when you would like the waves to lull you to sleep! The kitchen cabinets were in disarray and looked like pots and pans were just tossed in to upper cabinets…I would recommend a new mattress and someone should organize the kitchen! But the decor was tastefully done and the bathrooms were very nice…the unit comes fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrella so it was very convenient and the view was beautiful!!! Also the management was quick to answer and gave us an iron and ironing board😎

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the aspects of your stay that you enjoyed, as well as the areas where you felt improvements could be made.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the bedding in the primary bedroom. I want to assure you that all our mattresses are new, as we strive to provide the best possible comfort for our guests. We understand that mattress preferences can vary greatly from person to person, and what might be comfortable for one guest may not suit another perfectly. Additionally, we are taking steps to reorganize and tidy the kitchen cabinets to improve the overall functionality and aesthetics of the kitchen.
We value your feedback as it helps us improve our service and ensure a delightful stay for all our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon. Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us.
This property is excellent, and we have stayed here nearly every year for over 25 years. This particular unit needs a new refrigerator! The ice maker and water dispenser are inoperable and there is obvious rust on both doors. The refrigerator worked, but just needs to be replaced. Also, the water dispenser on the kitchen sink is inoperable. These items were not disclosed in any of the listings. The pantry area where the food we brought needs to be stored is filled with repair items and tools and the shelves are too narrow. We need a place to put food items. Finally, the porch has too much furniture. We had difficulty trying to put beach items out there because there was insufficient room with all the furniture. Otherwise, everything else was great.
