The home has been renovated and updated with beautiful hardwood floors. You will find it 12 x 24 converted bedroom with two queen beds and a twin bed. Two other bedrooms with the queen bed in each one bedroom with two twin beds. And there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The pull-out couch is queen size. This home will comfortably sleep 9 or 10 people but is not outfitted or suited for parties

Home has small water views but is not a waterfront home. Home is 3 doors down from waterfront homes.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

Traffic patterns vary greatly. For this reason, we recommend you use a mapping program to map from your location to wilson and Blanding blvd 32210
. That will give an idea of distances.
