Beautiful 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath on the 3rd Floor at Edgewater Beach Resort Condo overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Edgewater Beach Resort is very conveniently located and offers everything you need for the perfect vacation, including restaurants, and 110 gated and secluded acres. It has 11 pools, an 8 hole par 3 golf course, high quality tennis courts and about ½ mile of beach frontage!

PCB stay

Absolutely love PCB. Rm 304 was mostly good - would never again stay in a condo directly above the pool/hot tub area! Edgewater in general is a favorite.

Perfect location

Condo was great! My husband and I had a wonderful time. Suggestion: bedroom stayed warm even after we kept the curtains closed the whole time we were there! But otherwise perfect place and perfect time! Will stay there again!!

Would not recommend this rental.

The internet says that the rental has beach chairs and umbrella included but when we got there this was not true. The chairs and umbrella was the main reason we chose Edgewater, but the internet was incorrect and misled us and for that we are not happy. The rental was not in the best of condition, when we got there. Very disappointing.
