Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property and the location. Walking distance to everything. This was our second year renting the Crooked Palm and we already booked it for next year. Added bonus is having a parking spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and the location were awesome. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of closet space. We especially loved the outdoor living space. Having a parking spot was an added feature. The house is laid out well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Crooked Palm. The home is gorgeous—situated on a quiet block, yet close enough to walk to Duval and everything else. We rented bikes for beach trips. The house was comfortable, and the backyard was incredibly lush with a warm pool, a pool house, and a grill. The outdoor area was absolutely lovely. We also enjoyed daily check-ins from two poolside spying cats (not at the same time), which was a nice surprise.
