Perfect Home Away from Home

Welcome to our furnished and gated community condo in the Catalina Foothills, a premier vacation destination north of Tucson!

Our 1200 square feet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on the first floor (no stairs) and within walking distance to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. A handicapped parking is a few steps away from the unit. It is conveniently located near Loew’s Ventana Canyon Resort, Sabino Canyon National Recreation Area, Rillito River Park, Downtown Tucson and is within a few miles away from Mt. Lemmon.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, large flat-screened TV, WIFI, furnishings, and a private patio.

Wander through the resort style common areas and you will find beautifully landscaped and park like grounds, heated pool and hot tub, fireplace, barbeque area, gazebo, and a gym!

No pets or smoking are allowed in the unit.

Everything was in perfect condition. Wonderful washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortable beds. The location was quiet and beautiful. Surrounded by mountains. Close to Sabino Canyon.

Exactly as advertised; a great place to relax and enjoy

We spent 2 weeks in Tucson and enjoyed our stay completely. The condo was just and advertised, clean, well maintained, and located in a very accessible area to enjoy lots of the local activities. The pool area and exercise area were perfect for our use. The one issue we had with a problematic electronic gate opener was taken care of immediately without a problem. The condo itself was very clean, well supplied, and had lots of information about the area available for us. Loved the electronic door lock which made keys unnecessary. All the pre-arrival information made getting there, checking in and enjoying ourselves easier. If and when we return to the area would certainly want to stay there again. Rich

My family and I are into hiking and biking, which makes Tucson the perfect place for us! We moved to Arizona sometime in 2005 and absolutely fell in love with its gorgeous mountains, perfect winters, stunning sunsets, unique ecosystems, and diverse culture. Who would have known that it snows in Tucson and in other parts of Arizona. At first, I thought that Arizona was just all about the desert - boy, was I completely wrong!

Why they chose this property

Our property is very close to biking trails, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, and downtown Tucson. It is also within walking distance to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants!

What makes this property unique

When we travel, we prefer to stay in condos and townhomes, using VRBO, as opposed to staying in chain hotels. We love that you get more space and it affords us the flexibility to cook our meals, if we choose to.
