Watch the game or a movie on the outdoor patio TV, or unwind inside with TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom.

The cottage includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, plus in-suite laundry — rare perks for this type of property. Thoughtfully designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the sun, share meals on the deck, and make the most of your Christina Lake getaway.

House Rules & Guest Information

Security: For your privacy, the outdoor patio camera is turned off upon your arrival and reactivated at 10 a.m. on your departure day.

Outdoor Area: Lawn chairs are provided—please store them each evening to keep the area tidy.

Quiet Hours: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. On-site security helps ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Parking: Please unload in front of the blue community building. Guest parking is located at the top of the resort. Parking at the cottage itself is not available.

Septic System: Only flush wastewater and toilet paper. Please use phosphate-free products—this is very important to protect our system and the environment.

Beach Towels: Please bring your own beach towels for swimming, lounging by the lake, or boating. Our bath towels are for indoor use only — thanks for keeping them at the cottage!

Bookings: The person who books must be present for the entire stay. The number of guests must match your reservation.

Gas Firepit: Available for your enjoyment—please bring your own propane tank.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted inside the cottage, on the patio, or in shared areas.

Check-Out: Before you leave, please message us through VRBO to confirm your departure. Report any damages so we can address them promptly for future guests. Kindly ensure that all cottage items (towels, cutlery, Tupperware, etc.) remain on-site, as they are difficult and costly to replace. If you notice anything missing or unsatisfactory upon arrival, please let us know right away.

Boat Moorage: Available at the resort marina for an additional fee—please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a boat.
