The six of us really enjoyed our stay at Sedgefield. The beds were very comfy. The condo was very accommodating and roomy for our group. We love the decor. We were not able to get one TV to work but everything else was fine. (One set of doors to the closet came off before we arrived but we understand Elliott has a work order for that). We do wish the access to the beach was not so steep.

We stayed in Sedgefield 401 in April. Upon arrival, cleaning was apparent and well done. Place was neat and clean with updated appliances. View from balcony was great. One thing I would let future renters know is the beach access. While this is not against the owner or the condo- some renters need to know how accessible the beach is… it was a sandy, hilly steep climb and descent. We made it!!!! But others might like to be aware. We would return! Thanks

The outside property was nice well kept. The inside the floors were filthy like they had not been swept. I even found a misalliances pill on the floor in my room. Thank GOD I don’t t have small children. The keys that was given at check in did not fit my door and I did not find out about it till later that evening because our door was as open when we took our bags upstairs.

Your point about the risk to small children is completely valid, and we take that very seriously. We also apologize for the issue with the key not fitting your door. That’s a critical detail that should never be overlooked, and we regret the inconvenience and confusion it caused during your check-in. While we're glad to hear the outside of the property met your expectations, it's clear we fell short inside the home. We’re addressing these concerns directly with our housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Our condo

I love staying at the Sedgeway. There were some blind slats missing and they did not close correctly so privacy was an issue. The main bedroom bathtub did not drain correctly. did not report this until Friday and a maintenance man was sent Who is very helpful, nice and took care of the problem and ordered blinds for the next customer. We just got busy with having fun and forgot to report it. It did not seem like the apartment was real clean when we checked in. A lot of dust and a lot of dust on the ceiling fans. Also we had to clean the floor in the main bathroom As there was restaurant in the toilet and a lot of hair in the bathroom. I believe my daughter said the ceiling fan did not work in there second full bedroom. The batteries in the remote in the main bedroom or corroded and we could not get the TVs to work in the bedrooms as I believe the Internet was not available in those rooms. This did not hamper our stay it was fun and we would come back again. Thank you
