The 3 downstairs bedrooms have 2 queens and the 3rd a bunk (single on top and double on bottom.) The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a queen and a king in the master bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping option. 2-car garage and additional parking spaces are a plus. Access to the bay through a private road, and to the ocean through track 1111B across the Blvd.
