Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Great woodsy cabin. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Perfect for small families with kids, pets or groups of friends! Walk to Bear Mountain and the golf course.

LIVING SPACE- Comfy 1090+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, ceiling fan, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS- 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv. Second bedroom has a double bed and double/twin bunkbed.
Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN- Granite countertop, stainless steal appliances . stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENETIES-TV's with streaming apps along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Laundry area with stack-able washer/dryer available.

Good location. Good Price.

It was a great stay with a wonderful, cozy fireplace. Just be ready to use the portable heaters to warm up the upstairs bedrooms; They work well.
