Best Condo Yet

The property was fantastic! The colors were bright and the view of the marinea was nice. Very quiet. No loud noise or routeness, etc. There were a couple of things that needed maintanience however did not disrupt our stay. 1. Oven was terribly dirty -needed cleaning. 2. The tub surround in the shared bathroom made terrible noise when walking in the shower. It sounded like the surround was coming loose from the tube3. The bracket on the bottom kitchen cabinet next to the refrigerator was completely off. When you open the cabinet the door dangled.The owner was very helpful for our check in. We could never find the office or who we check in with. Thankfully they included the owner's phone number in the reservation. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. I wish we could get one like it every time we travel. .

Girls Spring Break

My Mom and my girls always go somewhere for Spring Break - so we decided on St Simons Island GA. This place was absolutely wonderful. Quiet and has great views. We were close to the beach - just a few minutes drive - and had a great pool (it was a little chilly of course). Really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. The condo was super nice - had everything we needed in the kitchen. If you prefer sunrises - go to the end of East Beach - there are benches to sit and it boasts a breathtaking view of the sunrise.

Great Location and Vacation Choice! Property not up to VRBO Standards

Many year user of VRBO and have never been disappointed in any of their properties. Chose St Simons for a week New Years celebration. We are all in our 70s + so it was not a big party time. Could not have been any happier with the location and our week. BUT The Condo is in great need of a good weeks worth of TLC! The floors were filthy. We make a habit of taking off our shoes and walking in our sock. They came out black from every room. The master shower was grungy with soap scum all over everything. The drain was plugged. Made first attempt to reach owner to no avail. Purchased Vinegar and Baking Soda in an attempt with boiling water, to unplug the drain. Did not work. As a result, the floor, for mature seniors was dangerously slick and purchased a stick on grab bar. Dishes had been put away dirty in the cabinets Had to take them all out and run them through the dish washer. The Washing Machine gasket was moldy and had to be scrubbed before we could wash our socks. The second bathroom vanity was sticky. Kitchen Cabinet and Bathroom Vanity door hinges were broken and just hanging. Sliding door to patio is broken. NO security. King Headboard in secondary bedroom is broken and made noise any time anyone moved. Mattress had no support. Towels are old and stained. This is my second review, the other one went to Evolve I guess. Not posted so much not care. Attempted to contact owners but no response. Some one just needs to spend a week there getting the place back in VRBO shape. David & Sally Sutherland

Staying in this unit was miserable. This trip was meant for my elderly parents to enjoy the beach. I wanted everything to be stress-free so I reached out to the property manager before our arrival, but received no response despite multiple attempts. My husband found our dates still listed for rent on another website which raised our anxiety about having a place after the long drive. Upon arrival, the door code worked, and the unit was nice, but there was no beach equipment as advertised. Unpacking groceries, we discovered the fridge wasn’t cold. After a grocery run, we found it still warm and worried about spoilage. We called Evolve, and while they tried to help, the property manager failed to follow up. We were relieved to store groceries in a neighbor’s fridge. Our disappointment continued when we found the pool gate code didn’t work. Later, we learned the code had changed months ago. On our trip to the beach, which we kept short for my parents, we returned to a rude note about our dog barking. We’ve stayed in this building multiple times without complaints, so this note was shocking. My husband attempted to speak to the upstairs neighbors, but they were unresponsive. The next day, we received another accusatory note. My husband talked to an upstairs resident, who claimed they weren't responsible for the notes but mentioned barking at 6 a.m., which was unfounded. On our final night, I received a call about barking complaints. Instead of enjoying ourselves, we felt harassed.

Great family trip

The property was very clean, excellent condition. We visited with our family ranging from 1 yr to 60s. It was spacious, beds comfortable, living room was great. It was within walking distance to the marina which was really great for dinner. It was great for our toddler to be able to watch the boats. The property manager was prompt to respond to questions. We had a great time and we would return!

Wonderful home away from home

The condo was absolutely beautiful. it was very spacious and loved that there were as many bathrooms as bedrooms. The kitchen was large with enough space for three families to gather around for meals. We definitely cannot wait to come back.. The view out onto the marina was breathtaking and beautiful, especially as sunrise. Accessing the property was easy. It was close to everything and just a short 5 to 10 minute drive to everything on the island. The restaurant next-door was great as well as the coffee shop.

Such a cute & cozy place!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was just as described! It is decorated so cute! We would definitely rent again. The pool was nice & the kids enjoyed it being right there! It is right next door to Morningstar Marina so you can see all the boats out at the marina from your balcony! Coastal Kitchen is also there... best meal we had while on vacation & we were able to walk to supper!
