All beds must be striped of sheets and pillow covers and placed in supplied linen bags. All bathroom towels, face cloths, and bath mats must be placed in supplied linen bags.
All kitchen hand towels must be placed in supplied linen bags.
Linen Bags must be near the front porch by 10 AM.
All rooms must be 100% empty of all personal contents, dishes, and garbage.
All dishes/ kitchen utensils must be washed and returned to where you found them.
All Garbage and Recycling must be neatly placed in out door cans.

This place was awesome and we will definitely be back. Perfect location, beautiful home with all kinds of amenities. The host was great and very responsive. Gave recommendations for things to do and places to go.
The house was perfect for our needs, clean, well equipped kitchen, great backyard with outdoor seating, grill, games and hot tub. A plus was two beach passes! The beaches are lovely. The host provided explicit information about the house and nearby activities. Overall, a really nice time with family!
The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! Everything is brand new including the 6 person hot tub! Very close to neighbors but didn't see anyone during our stay. Perfect location for beaches, restraunts, and relaxing RI vacation! The hosts were very responsive as well. Highly recommend!
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and clean. It had every amenity you could think of. We were in RI for my daughter’s graduation weekend. We didn’t get to use the backyard as much as we wanted to due to being out and about with graduation festivities. Our host Troy was wonderful to deal with, very friendly and pleasant. He was very informative about the area and the house. It’s the perfect house for a family vacation just a short drive to the beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Great house stocked with all the essentials. Backyard was an excellent place to hang out and the hot tub really saved us after walking Block Island all day. Conveniently located to beaches, Point Judith ferry, URI, shopping and activities. Host communicated well and often. Easily accommodated the 6 of us and 3 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood great for morning or evening walks. Thanks for a great weekend!
What a beautiful home and property! Everything was spotless and just as advertised in the listing. We really enjoyed the backyard amenities (fire pit and hot tub!). There was more than enough space for our 9 person party to spread out (adults and kids).
Dana and Troy were great hosts and took the time to help walk us through everything we needed to know. We will definitely be back in the future!
Beautiful. well stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. Really appreciated having the linens and towels delivered. Perfect night time lighting to find the restroom. Owners very quick to respond to questions. NO hesitation in going back.
What a great place! This place is comfortable, modern, spacious, quiet and very well located for short rides to dining, beaches and stores. The owner(troy) was very helpful and gave us plenty of suggestions for dining and where to go for walks. We will be interested in returning during the warmer months. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time and would stay at this beautiful property again in a heartbeat! Comfortable beds, the whole house was clean, relaxing and light. Loved the hot tub! The owner Troy was excellent at communicating and making sure everything was perfect. We appreciated the beach pass for free admission to the town beach. A+ all the way!

Captain’s Quarters was a wonderful home. We visited with our son & 2 grandkids & found the house and back yard even nicer than in pictures. Kitchen well appointed. Great to have washer/dryer. TVs in each room. Owner was very accessible & answered. Few questions quickly. Convenient location. Close to beaches and local restaurants.

On top of being new and in magnificent condition, it is the cleanest rental we have ever seen in 30 years of renting properties!
It is well-stocked with bath products, paper products, cleaning products, food wraps and cooking oil and spices! I believe they are updating their listing regarding this.
The patio, fire pit, and hot tub complete the wonderful house near the beach.
