The presence of food, sand, and even blood-stained linens is alarming, and we take these claims extremely seriously. It’s also disappointing to hear that despite your repeated outreach, the promised cleaning never occurred, and that communication failed at multiple points — including your attempt to follow up in person. Please know that we are actively investigating this situation with both our housekeeping and management teams to understand what went wrong and to ensure this does not happen again.
