You can not go past this unit! It is the best located unit in the whole resort with remarkable water views and the complex's swimming pool right next door. The view from this unit is
of something from a movie with uninterrupted sea views across Pumicestone Passage and glimpses of the Glass House mountains. Think stunning sunsets and watching the local
dolphin pods swim past your very own balcony. You have the town center and Sandstone Point hotel all within a minute's drive away or a comfortable stroll along the waterfront.

The kitchen, living and dining area are all open plan and flow out on to the feature of the unit which is the balcony facing the water. The balcony is set up with a BBQ and table
and chairs setting. The lounge offers air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a TV. The dining table setting seats four and the kitchen is well stocked.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, walk in robe and an ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds and shared in the main bathroom with combined
laundry. The unit offers a singe lock up garage directly under the unit with private staircase access (no communal stairwells). For additional vehicles you can park on the roadside
directly outside the unit.

You are close to the main boat ramp on the island, the main shopping centre as well as all of the island highlights like Woorim beach and the Bongaree Jetty. There are an
abundance of shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants within a few minutes' drive from your front door. And of course, you also have the Famous Sandstone Point Hotel across the
water from you. Brisbane City, the airport and the Sunshine coast under an hours drive away.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

Ideal location on Bribie Island.
Fabulous location, views amazing. Property manager easy to work with. Very well equipped kitchen.We are from the UK and found the heat in the bedroom excessive but air con is going to be installed there in the near future so will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.
