This superb apartment is situated in the Sylvan Beach Resort right on the Bellara waterfront with your unit overlooking the swimming pool! It is located on the top floor of the complex. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with air con in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. The apartment boasts 2 generous sized bedrooms with built in cupboards. Single garage is provided for guest use. Wifi and Netflix also available. Ideal for small family holidays!

Alternatively, get closer to the Pumicestone Passage for a swim and use one of the council BBQs provided on the waterfront
