Riverwalk more like River Construction

The location was great and the pool and gym were excellent really great spaces. Unfortunately there was a lot wrong with this property Construction noise all around didn’t mind the trains in the day but at night the Fraight train was also very noisy. Getting to your room from lobby it felt like you were in the service elevator and lots of doors / back passages to get to room. Car parking very expensive and not even to your floor. it’s a shame as there is plenty of available parking on my floor but I wasn’t allowed to use it. Sofa bed broken then sent an air mattress with a hole in it so 3 nights son has bad sleep- bad back. Overall for the price we paid this was not a good experience would have expected more for my buck. My opinion is they didn’t manage our expectations.

Quick stop

Great location, nice building, views from apt are great. Parking is weird, convoluted halls and doors, bad check in process, but nice value for the money.

Nice place BUT

disappointed in the fact the dishwasher didn’t work and the place was dusty probably needed a freshen up before we arrived. Warned us about the trains and needed earplugs for sure as there is also a sump pump outside that goes off every 10 minutes and you can hear that as well.
