With a stepped down open plan living area you are able to enjoy the space and vista no matter where you are - the modern kitchen with granite benchtops has a large Belling multizone oven with integrated gas stove, dual drawer dishwasher, discrete pantry, ample storage and equipment to make your culinary experiences chef quality. Enjoy the curved breakfast bar and seating towards the bay or sit here on your laptop for remote working!



The lounge is front and centre to the incredible views and you can turn on the fireplace or sit back with the aircon on hot days. From here you can access the spiral staircase to the wine cellar - what a treat. The large balcony is worthy of a special mention - it has a built in Pizza oven, large umbrella, outdoor seating with cushions and Adirondack chairs for sunlovers to relax in. The master is expansive and has stunning views, jetted bath, twin shower and toilet, dual walk in robe with vanity in each. The main bathrooms has dual showers and toilet also. The bathroom on the entry level has a shower and toilet.



An enclosed outdoor area with firepit, logs, shade and water feature into the heated spa is available for you to enjoy also.
