Winter Warmth

Home was exactly what we needed. Sunny weather!! Home was very clean and well maintained. It was like a park in the back with the pool/jacuzzi. Then the dock with the tiki hut. We thoroughly enjoyed!!

Amazing Property!

This house and backyard are beautiful and clean. Check in was super easy, and the property manager was very receptive to questions. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The bedding is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this home.

My husband and I just rented the property, American Dream in Cape Coral 3/11-3/16 Reservation#100223. I am writing to you to to explain a few things that we were unsatisfied with as well as concerns about the property. When we checked in this time on 3/11 the first thing that we noticed is that we were unable to pull into the garage because it was full of the owner’s belongings. The property was advertised as having a garage as an amenity however that was not true. When I asked the property manager about it, she said that she forgot to update the listing. Then when we started to unpack, we quickly noticed that none of the closets in the three bedrooms had any hangers in them. We had several items that needed to be hung and no where to hang them. I have never rented a house that did not provide hangers in the closets. Even a hotel room provides hangers. Because many of our clothes were wrinkled when we arrived from traveling, we figured we could just iron them. But we could not. There was no iron or ironing board to be found in the entire house. Again, iron and ironing board was listed as an amenity on the property listing that was not true. It may not sound like a big deal to you but when someone spends as much as we did for this vacation, we brought nice clothes to go out to eat with and we’re unable to wear them wrinkled. Moving outdoors, on the day we checked in the first thing we noticed when we went out to the lanai was that the pool water level was extremely low. There was a hose in the water with no explanation. We also noticed that the tv out in the lanai did not work. It would not even turn on. We also noticed that the light out in the lanai did not turn on. We continued to examine the pool area for anything else not working properly. We tried turning on the attached whirlpool to the pool and noticed that the jets would not turn on. Another disappointment. So, at this point I called the property manager. It took 2 days to reach her. The light in the lanai was fixed but we were told the outdoor tv was broken as well as the jets on the hot tub. Disappointing.
