Picturesque, waterfront 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms located on beautiful Frontier Canal in Cape Coral. Extra large, heated sparkling pool w/ jacuzzi overlooking the water. Southern exposure means great pool sunshine all day! This functional home is enveloped in light and comfort. The house comes complete with two living rooms both equipped with televisions, a welcoming kitchen and separate dining area, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a laundry room. All four bedrooms have televisions. Exquisite bamboo wood flooring throughout. Enjoy the waterfront deck, perfect for fishing, small boats or relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with all of the the amenities. Well manicured yard and impeccably maintained.

Bicycles available on site. Beach accessories, including chairs, an umbrella and don't forgot the cooler on site. Grab a fishing pole and head out to the backyard to fish from the freshwater canal.

This home retains the value of peaceful living while being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, parks, highways and transport.

There is a grill with plenty of outdoor dining space and lounge chairs surrounding the pool area.

Traveling with kids? We have you covered. You will find a high chair, pack and play, kids games and a stroller to make your stay easier without packing the extra items. There is also a pool safety fence. There is no additional charge for 88 degree pool heat or electricity.

We have a professional company we hire to do all of the cleaning and maintenance. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation. All extra pillows, linens, couch pillows, spices, etc will be removed.

There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.

Spring Training!

The house was awesome. Pool and spa was a hit with the kids! Close to everything! Only one minor detail house across the canal )not directly across but to the right) played loud music all night for two nights in a row. Luckily the house was pretty sound proof but kids still bothered by it! But don’t let that stop you from staying. The house is awesome as my grandkids put it! Thank you!!

Immaculate, private paradise!

We had an exceptional stay here. We got very lucky with absolutely perfect weather, but even if it rained everyday, the place would have been wonderful. The house is immaculately maintained. The lanai, pool and hot tub were luxurious and we would have been happy to stay there, with a view of the canal and the sound of rustling palm trees, for the entire week. We did venture out a flew times. It was a little over an hour drive to Manasota Key, which was beautiful. I think Sanibel Island would have been a little closer. There’s also a small river beach at the Yacht Club (about 30 mins from the place) but unfortunately the fishing pier was destroyed. My husband did some fishing from the dock ant the house and caught a small bass, and got a gar down the block. We found a bike path just west of the house and rode that for about 4 miles. We had a nice riverfront lunch at Monarca’s (approx 30 minute drive from the place). There is not a ton to do in the immediate vicinity, but honestly you don’t need to leave the house!!

Baseball Week in Fort Myers

Great week in Cape Coral watching baseball across the bridge in Fort Myers. “Sun & Fun” was a great place to stay. The house was fantastic and the pool was even better!! Quiet neighborhood with everything we wanted within a short drive. Would definitely rent again!

Very nice property and very well kept

Very nice property and very well kept and clean. The house was bigger than expected, pool area was just right, and Melanie was quick to respond to any questions I had. She even had everything we needed for the beach in the garage (beach cart, chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, pool toys, adult and children’s bikes). I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

AWESOME HOME!!!

The house was in great location, close to everything. Loved the layout & especially the fact that it had 2 living rooms, since I was traveling with the kids and my grandfather (didn't have to hear them argue over TV). Had everything we needed & kids LOVED the pool! Will definitely be staying in this house again!!!

Great stay

Had a fabulous time the house had lots of room for the 6 of us. The pool and spa was great. The beds were uncomfortable but that is the only so so factor of the stay. The location was great. We were within 20 minutes of great restaurant and beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Very clean property.

Amazing stay, it was a girl’s trip so we really enjoyed the pool. Very cleaned property and the owner was very quick to respond to my emails with concerns I had. Differently, recommend this property. Also, very close to Publix and restaurants.

Wonderful House!

This house was amazing for our family! We have 3 little kids and the house was great for our family! The pool and hot tub were great- the kids absolutely loved it. The house had both pool toys and beach toys that we could use during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The house is even better than the pictures shown! The host was very prompt with responding to our messages and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this house for families, especially with little kids. Thank you for making our trip to Florida amazing!

Awesome Vacation Home!

The Cape Coral Villa Bellevue was the perfect vacation home for me and my family. The home is spacious and was just the right fit for our needs. We loved the décor and wood floors. The master bedroom has an amazing bathroom and the most comfortable bed. The location was great too, a grocery store is about 5 minutes away. The owner provides excellent customer service!

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the pool and whirlpool! Very relaxing environment. The only thing I would suggest is having mirrors in a couple bedrooms near outlets, so some can get ready while others are in the bathroom. Especially if there's a large group staying there. Even though there's 2 bathrooms. One being in the Master bedroom, if the bedroom is occupied, you've got 3 other bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

Beautiful home exactly as pictured

This home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It is in a quiet neighborhood without no immediate neighbors at this time. It was private and our family enjoyed relaxing by the pool/hot tub each night. The patio by the canal is great for fishing, my son caught a few bass. The house is modern and comfortable. Location ideal for us as we went to Busch Gardens one day and then enjoyed the beach/gulf the other days. Definitely would recommend.

Gorgeous Home!!!

This is a gorgeous home that is beautifully decorated, and well thought out. From the pictures you can't tell, but this home has empty lots on both sides making it very private. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the spacious outdoor living. The home is conveniently located close enough to plenty of places to visit in SW Florida. No matter how beautiful the beaches though, my kids would always say, "lets go back to the pool at the house". We were all happy that we chose this home!

Very nice homes with spacious rooms

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean inside and outside. Well kept. The pool area was very nice and lots of room under the covered patio space. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels were provided. Kitchen had almost all the necessities you would need. Instructions on counter were a plus. Loved seeing the wildlife outside. Some bunnies roamed free and we had a burrowing owl sit on the front window above the doorway all day! The only thing that I didn’t care for was the numerous 4 way stops throughout the neighborhood to get to the home. Traffic is terrible in and around Cape Coral trying to get to Ft Myers Beach, but that is pretty much everywhere in our state :) Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay here! Even with it being at the north west side of Cape Coral, you really aren't too far from great beaches. The home is beautiful. Pool is awesome and there is great fishing off the sea wall. Only reason this isn't a 5 star is because of the beds. The beds were VERY hard and felt more like you are sleeping on the box spring then the mattress- all the beds not just the master. Pool water was evaporating on us so we added water. Unknown about repurposed water the sulfer smell was a bit odd adding water to the pool. We texted the maintenance guy about shocking the pool he showed up same day to take care of it. Kudos to that! Over all great time, geat area. Loved our vacation! Thank you to 512 NW 20st.

Amazing home and amazing management!

This was our third time renting a home through VRBO In Cape Coral and by far the best! 1) A+: Communication with the owner and her property manager. They were unbelievably responsive to our every question or need. For example, the dryer wasn’t heating properly and Brian (property manager) came over that very day with a different dryer! Melanie (owner) and Brian made it clear to us that they wanted to fulfill whatever we needed. 2) A+: The home and pool area were immaculate. 3) A+: The furnishings were spot on. We really appreciated that it wasn’t cluttered with excessive decor. The furnishings were in wonderful condition, taste, and cleanliness. We casually mentioned that different and more chaise lounges on the pool deck would be nice and voila! 4 lovely new chaise lounges were delivered. Bottom line-we were provided with a great vacation home, thanks to Melanie, Brian, and Zoe and have reserved it for 5 weeks next year.

Very Disappointed

Let me begin by saying I have never given a negative review in my life. I have used VRBO for years and have always told others with VRBO I get exactly what I paid for. Unfortunately in this case I did not get what I paid for. The house itself is very nice. The property management was responsive to our needs. The problem is that the house is furnished with very cheap furniture and supplies are sparse. I had to go out and buy basic things like cooking implements and dish towels and wash cloths. The furniture from sofas to especially the beds are cheap and very uncomfortable. We had a 30 day stay and found the experience very frustrating. As I said I feel like I DID NOT get what I paid for Again I am a long term VRBO customer and have never before given a negative review. The only saving grace to this house is the pool I do have to say the pool temperature was perfect our entire stay. Thank you for the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction

Perfect home with heated pool and spacious/ private lanai for a family vacation

Our family of 3 couples (6 adults and 2 school age children) enjoyed Spring Break week in this home. The house is in a newer development with vacant lots on both sides and a canal/ water in the back. The landscaping is more mature and attractive than the photos depicted proving nice privacy around the lanai/ pool area. The pool is heated which was important. The furnishings are up to date and attractive. The decor is modern and uncluttered. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer, particularly for drying towels. The beds were comfortable, but the two queen size beds were quite noisy. Not sure if it was the box spring mattresses, but both couples in those rooms mentioned it. All rooms have ceiling fans which is a big plus! All bedrooms also have TV’s which we never used. There are large flat screens in the living room and family room. There is a nice gas Webber grill, but it ran out of gas when we were cooking. We called the next day and were told the contact doesn’t cover the fuel, but they delivered a new tank. Not sure if we will be billed for it. We much prefer renting homes that charge a minimal fee for grill use and come with a full tank, rather than to run out of fuel during cooking. There were a few maintenance items, but nothing major. (Ice machine in refrigerator is broken; faceplate on microwave needs to be reattached; and there were a few burned out light bulbs.) Pool area is very nice. There were several pool toys stored in the garage, which was nice. There are a few bicycles and a couple beach chairs and an umbrella, which we didn’t use because we had our own. The main drawback is the location and traffic. It is not close to beaches or other Ft Meyers attractions. It takes at least an hour to get to costal beaches. We were there peak season and traffic was difficult. The flip side is that the home is very quiet and private. Getting to a grocery store, pharmacy, pizza restaurant, etc. was convenient, just a short drive. The home was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We appreciated that previous guests had left a few spices. There were some cleaning supplies and trash bags, but no laundry soap. Fortunately we had packed laundry pods. The caretaker was very friendly and responsive.
