In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, a pool and spa, golf course views, and a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Upon entering the foyer, you will immediately notice the stately details and high ceilings. The main floor living space offers comfortable seating, TV, and access to the pool deck. You will also find a second living area upstairs with TV and access to the balcony. You will find the kitchen just down the hall from the first-floor living room. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for two at the island, and gorgeous coffered ceilings. The formal dining area at the front of the home has seating for up to ten people.

The primary suite on the first floor offers a king-sized bed, access to the deck, TV, and private grand bathroom with shower, bathtub, and vanity. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a twin-size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and a hall bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs. One bedroom offers a king bed, another bedroom offers a queen bed, and the last bedroom offers two queen beds.

The outdoor space features a large screened porch, deck, outdoor kitchen area, grill, pool, and spa.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are roughly 14' x 30'. The pool cannot be heated.

The spa can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. Contact us directly to add spa heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

Accurate listing - BEAUTIFUL AREA - dealt with bugs - didn’t expect to have to pay to heat hot tub (disappointed in that for sure) responsive host and maintenance but at the same time shouldn’t have had to call for having no hot water!!!

Great Property

The house was perfect for our group, large rooms, great outdoor space and close to local shopping and restaurants. Property is well maintained, property manager was quick to respond to any issues. Wish the elevator had been working to get groceries and luggage in, but didn’t know that it had one until arrival. Would definitely rent again.

It was a great stay! Loved seeing Thom and Koda. The island was a great island. Diving was good! Snorkleing was good as well. Food was also very good! Everything was fantastic only 2 weeks was NOT enough!

Graduation celebration

It appeared no one had been in the house for awhile. Cobwebs in doorways, drapes in master bedroom not attached to ringlets, dust falling off blinds as we closed them. Dishwasher did not work but management got it fixed. House needs a good cleaning. Fantastic location for the beach and the pool was a big plus. Great house for large family gatherings.

1st family vacation on Kiawah Island

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful though it needs some work. We are a family of 10 counting our 4 grown children and their significant others. Each couple cooks 1 dinner during the week. The kitchen has just about everything one would need. The dining room accommodated all of us. My only complaint was that the pool service came twice in the middle of the day and treated the pool. Each visit restricted use of the pool for a minimum of 3 hours. That forced everyone to the beach in the afternoon on 90 degree days. Thanks for allowing us to see and stay at your delightful property.

Nice pool, lots of space, not well maintained

This house looks like it's been used hard and not well kept. Kitchen cabinets are very scarred and wall paper coming down in bathrooms. The towels were super thin (almost like kitchen towels), as were the pillows. When we asked for better ones the new pillows were great and the towels were the same. We own a property on Kiawah (other family members were using it) and know the quality that is required by our rental agency.

I do see that you called requesting new towels and pillows, not being pleased with the ones there. All linens in the home are supplied by our housekeeping partners, who immediately brought out replacements. Our property management team also went to purchase new pillows to ensure your stay was comfortable. I am pleased that other guests have not reported the same dissatisfaction with the home, and thus believe that personal preference is a factor. Dirty House in much need of a refresh and general maintenance

Dirty walls, filthy carpet, chipped paint, wallpaper peeling and broken items in the house. mold everywhere, house needs power washed and general maintenance. No extra sheets and the bedding and sheets were old, gross and stained. Should not be rented in that condition and especially at the price we paid. The pricing is shameful. We will never rent through Aker Ellis again.

When our team reached out to see what we could do to assist and offer to have housekeeping returned, the offer was declined and only request was for beach towels and chairs. We always want to do everything we can to ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience and are truly sorry that we were not able to provide that for your stay. We did pass your comments to our team. I am pleased to advise that we’ve recently cleaned the carpets and had a deep clean done in the house. Run down and in need of a lot of maintenance, updates and professional repairs!.

The property is run down and in desperate need of professional repairs from the floors. kitchen cabinets, pool tiles, front door, lock boxes etc. The Mable floors are repaired with packaging tape. It's just very run down and out of date. We had to call twice because we had no hot water on the bottom floor for two days, the garage door was broken which we needed for the car limit and the hot tub never worked even after following the many directions let for us and paying extra to use it.

Our team came the following morning and was able to quickly fix the door and reset the tankless hot water heater as the breaker had been tripped, remedying both situations. Regrettably, we were not notified of any issues with the spa until after departure. Our team did investigate and was not able to find any issues. We are truly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the home. The property is in a great location, and the house is stunning. Love the pool and hot tub combo, it’s basically an infinity pool with a wall. Outdoor kitchen is a big touch as well. Great weekend.

Reviewer Comments: House was in a great location with quick walk/bike ride to the beach, easy access to the greenway, etc. It is a good size for large family. However, it is run down inside and out and needs some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice time, planning on booking again for end of June 2022 when we get our dates confirmed with everyone! I really don’t want to complain but there were a few things that the group decided we should tell you guys just to help with other guests experience. The air upstairs never cut off , it stayed about 74 degrees all week , we had it set on 68 but it never got there. If you were still while sleeping it was ok just a bit muggy otherwise. There was a crazy amount of horse flies this year , we killed so many all over. The roaches were pretty numerous in the bathrooms and kitchen. Someone came to spray but it didn’t do much. The little planter by the pool with the pipes exposed could be a problem if someone came outside and turned to quickly. The pool itself was a bit cloudy , they came several times while we were there but it never seemed to change. We swam in it it just didn’t look to clear. The toilet paper holder in upstairs bedroom, first to right just fell off the first day we were there😬 Some of our blankets were dirty and quilts on the beds upstairs were stained. We asked for some more and they brought them very quickly! There were only 2 wash cloths per bathroom upstairs when we got there, house keeping brought more. I hate to have so much to say and our trip was great and we appreciate the excellent service we received when we asked. Just wanted to let you guys know what we noticed. I know it is hard with a rental property for everything to be just right just wanted to let you know. Nothing was life altering ! Thank you again for your kindness and great property! Love house!

This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it! A few things were broke like toilet paper holders and the air upstairs never cooled everything very well, it ran continuously but never got below 74 degrees. It was ok in the common middle area but the bedrooms were a bit hot. The pool seemed a bit murky but they were trying to work on it. Overall we had a great time, just a few tweaks to be fixed

Nice House!

Nice house! Pool is nice but gets dirty easily. Staff responded and cleaned the pool while we were there. Location was good and close to the beach and a bike trail. We had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 9. The home is beautiful with high end decor however, it is in need of some upkeep. Wallpaper in guest bathrooms were peeling. The beautiful pool and hot tub had cracked and missing tiles. Kitchen could use some new pots/pans, bakeware. Overall the house was clean but the garage steps, garage and screened porch need some attention. Realizing bugs are abundant in the south there seemed to be a lot of spiders/webs and small roaches. Akers Ellis was very quick to resolve any issues that we had. Overall would highly recommend this property with some upkeep.
