It is 50 meters from Flamengo Metro Station and 100 meters from Aterro do Flamengo and Botafogo Beach, on foot. Santos Dumont Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The Sambadrome, where the samba school parades take place, is located 5 km away. The apartment has 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and writing desk. The kitchen is complete with all necessary utensils. It has a full bathroom and half bath, plus the toilet in the laundry area. The apartment is well equipped, with appliances (television in two bedrooms, and also in the living room) and electrical and electronic.
