Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and private pool area. This is a private vacation rental reserved exclusively for your group.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

**Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and to sign an electronic agreement. Once these steps are completed, we will send you an electronic door code approximately 4 days before arrival.

The Moorings is one of Naples' most desirable neighborhoods, known for its beautiful homes, mature landscaping, proximity to the beach, and central location. Guests enjoy easy access to beaches, golf courses, shopping, dining, and Downtown Naples.



Getting Around:

Pesaro's central location makes it easy to explore Naples. Beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, restaurants, and Downtown Naples are all just minutes away. A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the area.



To reach our property from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), you have several convenient options. By car, it’s approximately a 25-minute drive covering about 20 miles.



If arriving by train, the nearest Amtrak station is in Fort Myers, approximately 30 miles away, about a 40-minute drive.



For those arriving by bus, the Naples Bus Station is about 10 miles from our property, roughly a 20-minute drive. From the station, head south on US-41 (Tamiami Trail) and turn right onto Wedge Drive. Continue for a short distance, and you’ll find our property on the right.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft also operate locally and can provide convenient transportation options. Additionally, Naples is bike-friendly, and many local attractions, shopping centers, and dining options are within a short drive or bike ride from our home.



Other Things to Note:

No events are allowed at this property.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement for this property.



Animal Fee Disclosure:

We are happy to accommodate animals at select properties, with a tiered pricing structure starting at $25 per animal, per day + tax. The fee decreases for longer stays, providing a more affordable option the longer you remain. This add-on fee can be paid after reserving your stay.

Please note that animals are accepted at the discretion of management. If you plan to bring a service animal, please ensure you are booking an animal-friendly property. Some of our third-party property owners may have severe allergies to animals.

POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER

Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee.

The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation.

Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather.

We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you choose to purchase this add-on.

The cost is $60 + tax per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat after arrival, the cost is $100 + tax per day.
