This Beachfront property has been thoughtfully remodeled & decorated with relaxation and comfort in mind! The living room boasts not only breathtaking views of the Gulf but also a 75” Smart TV which provides a comfortable environment for enjoying your favorite movie or sporting event!

An artfully refinished spiral staircase leads you to the 3rd-floor master & ensuite where you’ll enjoy a 65' flat-screen Smart TV, wall-mounted fireplace for added ambiance, and spectacular views of the Gulf! The third floor also offers a spaciously sized sun deck with lounge chairs, bar-top tables, and a swinging hammock chair for ultimate relaxation. The downstairs guest suite is appointed with a Tempur-Pedic queen bed, Tempur-Pedic queen sleeper sofa, as well as a 55' flat-screen Smart TV.

Recent updates include new interior decor & furnishings, new sliders & windows, new kitchen, flooring, bathroom vanities, and appliances throughout... including full-sized washer and dryer with quick, sanitation & steam cycles!

We welcome you to visit our lovely beach getaway, feel the tranquil breezes and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing upon the shore. We are located in an area where the beach is semi-private as parking for public beach access is very limited. Phenomenal restaurants and entertainment are located within 3-5 minutes in Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks, as well as grocery stores and additional shopping opportunities. We are certain you will enjoy our little beach retreat as much as we do!

Bedding, blankets, pillow coverings & towels are laundered in the sanitized cycle prior to each guests’ arrival. Furniture is fully sanitized between guests.

Comfort was found throughout the entire condo. The only slightly negative comment was the height of the beds. Blue Earth, MN WOW! We had a great vacation at this property's pictures don't do it justice. Amanda made sure we enjoyed our stay and went over the top to accommodate our vacation. Super CLEAN and tidy. We arrived late on our flight and she had left the lights on for us, and stocked some little snacks and eggs for breakfast. The condo is BEAUtifully decorated, super pillows, towels, and we had everything we needed and more. just steps to the pool and beach as well! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Such a gorgeous beach with an almost exclusive feeling. Instead of being surrounded by masses of people and commercialized hotels, this area has a quiet, very private atmosphere, and many days we had the beach almost to ourselves. The sand is beautiful with many shells for collecting. The owners thoughtfully provided lightweight folding chairs and a beach umbrella that was easy to take down to the beach. We enjoyed long walks, and my husband loved surf fishing while I read books on the beach. One of our favorite things was the top floor balcony which had reclining chaise lounges perfect for reading, lounging, coffee time, watching the sunset, or happy hour. The condo itself was elegant and wonderfully furnished. The kitchen had everything that you could ever need for cooking and there were many wonderful restaurants very close by if you preferred to get takeout. The bedding was great, we slept really well and the towels were of great quality. There are three smart flatscreen TVs in the condo, one in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms. The televisions are HUGE. Everything was thoughtfully furnished down to the last detail. I would highly recommend staying here!! In fact, we ended up staying longer than we had intended!! At long last, we have found our favorite spot by the sea! Along with a view of the ocean that is simply sublime, everything about this home creates a sense of tranquility. From the high-end finishes and fully equipped kitchen to the modern, yet welcoming decor, this home warrants a five-star rating. The rental process was seamless and could not have been easier. The owners are very responsive and exude hospitality. They have created a sanctuary complete with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Amanda was wonderful and so easy to work with.
