Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound side waters or three block walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s famous emerald green waters. This upscale home offers luxurious wood flooring and granite counter tops perfect beach vacation setting.

The home offers a light coastal airy feel with lots of natural light, high ceilings, wood floors, luxury carpet in bedrooms, short walk to the sound side beach, Conveniently located directly across from the pool & hot tub. Large pull through garage. Golf Cart rental available

From the moment you enter you experience a soothing serene atmosphere. With open floor plan, comfortable seating and warm palette throughout will set the tone for a memorable family and friends getaway.

Located on the main floor is the kitchen fully stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances should you wish to create your favorite meal. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with extra seating for three.

Large open main living area with comfortable seating perfect for relaxing watching your favorite movie on the large flat screen tv. Walkout balcony over looks the community pool. Located on the same floor is the Queen Guest Bedroom, hall half bath.

Proceeding to the second floor are the three additional bedrooms. One king Master Suite that boasts a large glass walk-in shower, double vanity with granite counter tops, large flat screen tv. Guest Bedroom with queen bed, Guest Bedroom with two full size beds. Guest bathroom located in the hall with single vanity sink, granite counter tops, shower tub combo.

The washer and dryer conveniently located on this floor as well.

Additional features in this home are the flat screen TV's in master bedroom and the main floor living room.

This home is just steps away from the outdoor pool, hot tub, ( pool not heated) and a short walk to the sound side beach path.

Beautiful home, beautiful beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of our very best beach house experiences. The home was clean and had such simple, lovely beach decor. The location is ideal with access to both the bayside and beach. The bayside area felt like we had our own private island. Members of our family enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the bay side. The beach was a ten minute walk or a two minute drive. Between the white sand and the clear water, it felt like we were in the Caribbean. We loved the small beach town atmosphere without the crowds of 30A.

Perfect beach vacation

House: super clean, like new, perfect for 8 people Location: quiet, gated neighborhood, right next to the community pool. Short walk in the neighborhood to the private beach on the inlet side. Short drive or long walk to the gulf side. Inlet beach: small footprint, but lots of space to spread out. The water is very calm. Gulf beaches: half a dozen public beaches across the main road that are a three to five minutes golf cart ride away. White sand the texture of sugar with very clear waters (Green Flag days) and small waves with a little pulling current (Yellow Flag days). All of the beaches we used had tons of space to spread out. Since the area is mostly homes, rather than high rises, there were never more than a dozen people within shouting distance. Activities: beach, pool, fishing nearby. A few restaurants at the east end of the island, either at one of the hotels or the local restaurants. Watersports are available at the east end of the island with boat and jet ski rentals. Noise level: zero. No loud parties or even loud people. I definitely would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a chill beach vacation without the hectic feel of a party town. I would recommend renting the golf cart from the owners as it is the easiest, fastest, and most fun way to access the beaches and restaurants. Plan to make a trip or two across the bridge to stock up the kitchen. There are at least three grocery stores across the Navarre bridge, as well as stores and fast food.
