Perfect location just outside Breck. Lovely views of the surrounding mountains from almost floor to ceiling windows. Easy access in and out. Host was available for every inquiry.

Everything was great at 10K Lodge. The views across the river and the stars at night from the hot tub on the back deck were amazing. It’s a short 5-6 min drive to Main Street Breck. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful property.

Had a lovely time with my kids - We enjoyed the hot tub, had all we needed in the kitchen, and there were games for the kids. They loved the bunk beds, and I slept comfortably in this quiet peaceful place.

5 Stars! Our stay was an absolute dream! Clean, modern, spacious, and tranquil. We could not have imagined a better place to stay for our family vacation. The home is located in a perfect location - close to everything, but not too close to all the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge. The home was just the mountain wilderness escape we were looking for. Our kids loved the tv area with big sectional sofa and the outdoor games. We all loved the spacious living area, kitchen, and deck. Our favorite thing about the home was the large dining table where we played games in the evening. The home provided everything we needed for our stay, and it was exceptionally clean. We truly did not want our vacation to end. This home is a must stay in the Blue River/Breckenridge area. We won’t look anywhere else when coming back.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern house decorated beautifully in a rustic, Colorado-style. It had everything I look for when renting on VRBO: great location with easy access to the highway, fair price with generous cancellation policy, and nice owners who were quick to respond to all our queries. We would love to stay again!

Highly recommend this place! With great hosts, clean lodge and perfect location (beautiful views too) - you don’t want to miss this one! Some friends and family had a short weekend trip and it was the perfect place to stay and catch up. With the heated floors and a cozy hot tub we stayed nice and warm!

I couldn’t speak more highly of this Vrbo listing. The location, layout of house, coziness and features made our stay at this beautiful home one we won’t forget. We loved the hot tub, fireplace and expansive kitchen island the most and will definitely be renting again in the future.

We had an incredible family week in Breckenridge! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. Close to town but still quiet enough to feel tucked into the mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the views were unreal. Our kids loved the hot tub and the backyard trails. Great communication from the host, and check-in was a breeze. Already talking about coming back next year!

Gorgeous property. Access to Breckenridge is easy. Beautiful views. We were lucky enough to see deer and moose in the yard. Would love to come back. The house is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.
