Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Love the location. Cabin was very clean. Fenced backyard was perfect for our 2 large dogs. Rooms were a little tight but is to be expected with an A-frame design. Only issue we had was the all night drip noise from the air conditioner. Overall we loved this place and expect to return in the fall or early spring.

The Big Bear Den cabin was cozy and well appointed, just as the pictures depicted. We loved the decks on the front and back of the house and the neighborhood was peaceful being a bit farther away from the bustle of the main part of town. Check in and out process was seamless and hosts were very responsive. The y alerted us that the air conditioning was broken promptly and offered alternative accommodations, but we had picked this location specifically. Everything worked out fine and we didn't even need the room fans they provided. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were well stocked...just don't forget ice as there is no icemaker in the freezer.All in all, we enjoyed our short stay and would book the Big Bear Den again :-)

Cozy cabin

The cabin was lovely, there were many amenities towels, soaps, even make up remover, also laundry soap. Surprisingly there wasn't a sponge for the dishes though. The loft was a great place to spend the night the fire place kept the whole loft area nice and warm, we even decided to sleep there on the last night because of how comfortable it was up there. The fire out back was a nice touch we were able to make some smores. The keurig didn't work unfortunately but they had a coffee pot there so it worked out. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely do it again
