I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and I'm never disappointed, very tidy, well priced and close to many shops etc. I recommend this property as a place to book your next stay when visiting the Kapiti region.

Excellent home away from home!!Outstanding location - in between 2 cool villages with a decent shopping area in Paraparaumu 5 minutes away. House has everything you need and is very cozy. Host responded quickly and gave clear instructions. Highly recommend!If we're ever in the area we might be lucky enough to book it again.

Great little house that had all that we needed. So close to the beach, the shops and family. Communication was clear, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again.

I think Bill and Karen undersold how wonderful their bach is. We were forewarned about a few cosmetic fixes to be actioned that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise because the place was immaculately clean and welcoming. Location is ideal. 15 mins walk to Paraparaumu in one direction and 20 mins to Raumati the other. Cross the road to the ocean. Hopefully we will be back soon!
