Come and relax by the river in this cosy family cottage at Sussex House Holiday Park. Situated at the end of Jacobs Drive, opposite the RSL club and adjacent to the inlet, you
will be right in town with everything at your doorstep. The kids can ride the bike path whilst you stroll along the waterway with a coffee in hand, enjoying the sunshine.

The Cottage 2 has everything that you could need in your home away from home.

Sussex stay

We have been coming to Sussex for years this was the best stay so far very convenient to all shops , lakes and beaches the realestate ladies were amazing, would definitely stay here again thanks heaps guys Deb and Phil

Great stay

We enjoyed our cabin, very spacious, clean and tidy. Close to shops and RSL. Great for a family holiday. Walking distance to the ocean and great views. We will definitely come back.

This Property did not deliver on it's promise for cleanliness

We were in shock with the state of the property when we arrived. We sufferred 1 night as we had no choice, but left the next day seeking full refund from the property manager. The manager did return most of the money, not all due to some fixed cost they would not re-emburse. The place was not properly cleaned, with a number of old spiders webs in the ceiling, a lot of mouse / rat faeces in the kitchen and bedroom drawers. Black mold was present on the doors and the furniture and beds had a damp feel to them. This was not a fit state for any visitors let alone my family.
