As part of the High Rocky Homes portfolio, this beautiful condo features contactless entry and is located on the ground level of a peaceful community. The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed and a Roku TV, while the second bedroom boasts a cozy bunk bed with a twin and full-size bed. Unwind in front of the fireplace while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, connected to WiFi with a built-in Chrome Cast featuring popular apps like Amazon Prime, Hulu, Showtime, HBO, and ESPN. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Come, relax, and make unforgettable memories at this lovely vacation home.

Guest Access:
The unit is located on the first floor and there is one dedicated parking spot for this condo. Please note, the HOA does not allow pets.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood just off of I-70 and across from the resort.

Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys. I-70 access is close by for trips to neighboring resorts and cities. There are two bus stops steps away from the home and the bus system is very convenient. It makes getting to the ski resorts very easy!

- No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit
- No parties or groups of more than 5
- No pets (this property has an HOA and they do now allow pets, if you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave the property)

Very clean, well-appointed, great location!

We really appreciated how cozy and clean this rental was. It was also a joy to cook in the well-appointed kitchen, which had everything we needed. With these things combined with the fantastic and convenient location, we would be happy to stay here again or recommend it to others! Thanks so much.

Excellent place.

Convenient walk or free shuttle bus ride to the base village. Clean place with everything available to us that we needed. Proximity to the grocery stores and parking was super helpful!
