The house has renovated original wood flooring, granite countertops, a tankless water heater, a lovely clawfoot tub with a shower option, and ample space for your party of 8 to relax, sleep and dine together, including plenty of parking and outdoor space to gather. Easy access to local grocery stores. Lovingly branded by its owners, its a very comfortable stay. It's a 5 minute ride to the riverwalk and even less to see the fireworks on the 4th.

Nice stay

The property was nice but it wasnt as clean as im use to when staying at these short term properties. Email was sent prior with instructions on getting in ect which was nice. It was a quick visit so location was key for us however previous reviews had mentioned the homeless people in and around the area which is very accurate. If you are staying alone be prepared for that. Nothing happened strange during our stay but you would see them all hours up and down the road and on the corner. Its nice to have the property gated where you can park to the house and close the gate. The back door is hard to lock back if you use it you have to pick up the door some for it to latch. The decor is head on to the photos and I approciated the 3 towels per bed and washer/dryer availability. Home was updated nicely but still had older fixtures expecially on the doors and locks. It was tricky for the children as they had the old school slide the chain to lock for door locks on the rooms that sometimes needed a tug for it to open when used. Wifi password did not work for us but we used our hotspot could be a problem if you have children without internet access. Also only one main tv none in the bedrooms which is okay if you have internet devices but could be rough if not. Overall was a decent stay, Thanks for allowing us in your home.

Nice

Everything was nice and clean ! Convenient area since we had an event not far from the house. Also very close the Riverwalk. Only thing it needs is a new trash can in the kitchen and new batteries for the fans. Other then that it was a great place and stay.

Close to Downtown

The positives about the house is that it is close to downtown attractions and that there is plenty of space. The house was not very clean. Checking in wasnt accurate and had to reach out to get the correct details on how to get into the house. Also, there are a lot of homeless walking/lingering on and near that street. Since I traveled with children I felt very uneasy with that. The neighborhood itself is not somewhere I’d stay with my family.
