BEST PENTHOUSE VIEW IN PALMS PLACE! This luxurious penthouse is the perfect Vegas experience! This two bedroom and 2 and a half bathroom is fully furnished and equipped with all you need for your vacation. The master is complete with a fireplace and opens to the 1,400 square foot wrap-around deck with full views of the Las Vegas Strip. The living room has a 65" TV and a 55" TV with a pool table. Right outside is a hot tub on the 1,400 square foot wrap around balcony with glass paneling to enjoy gorgeous strip views. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and glassware. There is plenty of seating for your guests with 8 seats at the main table.

For ultimate space, privacy, and relaxation there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and large closets. Each bathroom has a standalone, jetted tubs and both bedrooms have a king size bed. Take advantage of the plush robes and flip-flops in each closet, a small touch that adds to the VIP feeling of the entire suite.

A $100-$500 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check in. The security deposit must be paid with either a debit or credit card. (No cash will be accepted)

Everything was broken, the Hottub had no water, my shower didn’t work, speakers didn’t work, phones didn’t work. all around just rundown place that needs a lot of work

Great place with amazing view of the city

This is the second time i have stayed at the condo and will continue to stay when i visit. The rooms are super comfortable and makes you feel like you are home with having an amazing view of the strip.

Beautiful Property But Won't Return

Overall we had a disappointing expeirence. The Property Manager was prompt to reply to all of our questions, but the benefits we were hoping were not available. The hot tub was WAY to hot to use. We were told it cannot be controlled so it is what it is. The speaker system that runs through the entire condo is not available to guests. This is probably the most best view of the strip in town, but for the price, I would not stay here again.
