About this property

This condo has it all, with direct access to white sandy beaches and turquoise oceanfront. Being a ground-floor apartment makes it ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs with baggage and groceries and shopping.

Simply walk out the sliding glass doors to the garden or poolside or beachfront. The community is secured 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

This is a 1 bedroom unit plus there is a sofa bed in the living room. It sleeps up to 4 persons comfortably.

Fully equipped kitchen with serving utensils and an all-in-one washer dryer unit.

This is a self-catering condo, however, the poolside restaurant is only a few steps from the condo and delivers food and beverages to units on request to our poolside garden patio.

Restaurants, groceries, and many other local attractions and gift shops and entertainment are all within walking distance.

Stanza Mare ... Muy Bueno!

Great location, unit was perfect with balcony overlooking the pool. Great staff at cabana. Right on white sandy beach. Close to many beachside restaurants, and just as close to downtown bar scene. Annette was a very attentive and friendly pre-trip concierge. Even hooked us up with best private driver Jancarlos for airport trips and various excursions. Overall 5-stars!!!

Just great!!!

Annette and Dennis are the best hosts ever! They are super friendly, honest and professional. Their property is one of a kind and trust me when I say that the photos do not make any justice to it; it’s pristine clean, cozy, well decorated and also the most equipped apartment my fiancé and I’ve ever booked. Located just steps away from the beach, restaurants, groceries and transportation (in case you need it). We highly recommend this property and will definitely come back! Thank you Annette and Dennis for making our experience a very pleasant one!

A piece of paradise!

We spent a glorious month in Stanza Mare. It was everything we could ask for and exactly as described. And you couldn’t ask for better hosts than Annette and Denis. Check in was a breeze and reception staff very helpful. Lovely ground floor unit right in front of the beautiful immaculate pool, which was just the right temperature. Also a kiddie pool for the little ones.A little restaurant with so friendly staff at pools edge available from breakfast until 6 pm with very reasonable prices. The gorgeous white sand beach and turquoise waters just a few steps away. Loungers and palapas available at both pool and beach. A dart board and bocce balls available if you want a little game. Unit had plenty of kitchen wares and both bath and beach towels. There is a washer/dryer unit, we used the quick wash only and hung to dry inside on the drying rack available but you also can take laundry to the on-site laundry and they will do there. This is a self supply unit, you must bring all your own food, spices (even salt and pepper), paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper etc so make a stop at grocery store before arrival. But there is one decent sized grocery shop within a few minute walk and plenty of little shops everywhere. You can walk the beach forever. Turquoise, beautiful warm water and white sand beaches. There are lots of restaurants within an easy walk of the unit, many on the streets, a few on the beach.

The Best of Bavaro Beach

The property at Stanza Mare is impeccably landscaped and maintained daily. Our unit was just steps from the pool and a minute away from the beach. The beach is private and provided shade and comfortable lounge chairs. Security was always present, and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The unit itself was adequately furnished with linens and towels and a TV with wifi. We would definitely choose Stanza Mare again when visiting Punta Cana

We are a Canadian retired couple. We love Punta Cana and have been coming here for 20 or more years. We love to relax on the beachfront and going on excursions and walking on the beach, shopping, and visiting friends all over the community. It is in general, a very welcoming community, and it is not unusual to see the community coming together for BBQ evenings and cocktail hours and to play darts and other games. It's an outstanding community. Our goal is to live here part-time and eventually live here year-round. That's how much we love the Dominican Republic and its very friendly people.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because we could see our own selves living here during the shoulder seasons and enjoying the culture and lifestyle that we have come to love. We personally feel healthier and stronger and younger when we are here. We like to have our alone time and we like to socialize. So it's a perfect location for a very flexible mixture of lifestyles. We can enjoy our privacy or we can be free to welcome visitors and enjoy leisure time no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in.

What makes this property unique

The community property has a well-trained staff for maintenance, gardening, pool cleaning, and upkeep of the buildings. Staff is constantly working on keeping the community clean and well maintained and very secured. Surveillance cameras help deter crime and the community is a gated community and everyone has to pass by security in coming and going. Even the beachfront has security personnel.
