A place to breathe easy, relax and have fun in stylish comfort overlooking Lake Rotorua and rolling hills. This modern 1 bedroom 1 bathroom villa, nestled among boulders, native plantings and modern art is one of four separate neighbouring villas suitable for up to 2 guests. Enjoy the private beach (shared with 3 other villas) explore the local Hamurana reserve, BBQ with your friends or soak in the spa pools under the stars (spa pools are shared with 3 other villas). Escape together to Toka Ridge.
The space is a newly built 1 Bedroom, ensuited villa. Its large open living areas overlook the lake view and landscaped river-bed of stones from where it gets its name "Awa'' meaning river. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in a comfy new Super King bed (can be split into king singles). Make use of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat pump/Aircon, gas fire and TV.
Hamurana is a tranquil, semi-rural lake side suburb located only 10 mins away from the supermarket, cafes and takeaway restaurants via either Ngogataha or the Okere Falls Store. The area is a more of an out-of-town experience being 17 mins from the Rotorua City Center and its many unique activities and experiences. Live like a local and take a stroll along the nearby lake front reserve or Springs and discover the relaxed natural vibe of the area for yourself.

Noise restrictions after 9pm.
Cancellation Policy is 97% refund up to 5 day prior to reservation (3% is the non refundable stripe CC merchant fee).
