Deluxe Redwoods is a lovely spacious family home, just 5 mins drive from Rotorua city centre with gorgeous views of the Redwoods Forest and Mountain Bike Park which is just a few minutes drive or bike ride away. This home has an entertainers kitchen and large open plan living area opening out to a deck where you can relax and laze around in the sun. Downstairs, you will find a seperate living area with a second TV which leads out to the spa pool.

PERFECT

Property is obviously dated, but absolutely clean and tidy and perfect for my need for 14 friends and family to stay, with plenty of room to have our own space and also to socialise together. Fireplace kept the house warm for us Queenslanders!! Location was great, good neighborhood. The property exceeded my expectations, very very very happy.

A great house, perfect for a large group

Six of us stayed for a mountain biking holiday. The house was perfect, safe storage for bikes, enough space for everyone to spread out. Contact with the owner was easy and friendly. Very close to the mountain biking area.

Great house and location

A great property for a large family group, appreciated the large living space and the extremely well equipped kitchen. We loved showing our kids and grandkids the sights of Rotorua and this home was a roomy comfortable base to return to. Only negative we experienced was with the powder room toilet, sometimes didn’t flush that well so we used other bathrooms. Would recommend property to others.

A Family Reunion

This house was very suitable for our large family gathering with 3 generations. The spa pool was well used and on one morning we lit the fire which created a very cosy atmosphere.
