Within walking distance of Peppertree Wines, The Convent Hunter Valley, and Circa 1876 restaurant. Estate offers a salt water outdoor swimming pool to relax by, and petanque court. Villa also features a spa bath & 2nd toilet. Couples particularly like the location they rated it 9.1 for a two-person trip.

Beautiful Serenity!!

Chez Vous is such a place of tranquility. Sit on the verandah looking at the Beautiful scenery, watch the kangaroos or visiting the lovely locals wineries, markets or have a nice hot chocolate at the hunter valley chocolate factory.

A few days away

Very neat surroundings. Owner very friendly and went out of his way for us to have our “fire pit/campfire” that we had requested and supplied heaps of firewood. Apartment was cosy and had all that we needed, a lovely stay.

Our townhouse stay

The property was comfortable and very cosy during a particularly cold and wet stay. It was very well located being right in the heart of Pokolbin. We would have preferred a conventional shower rather than shower in the spa bath because we both were recovering from knee surgery. Some of the blinds were non functional and the unit could do with some upgrading.

Perfect mini break location

The villa was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were stunning and the pool was perfect to cool off and relax. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
