Great sleep in a really great bed. The location was suitable for the purpose. Older fit out is not our style. I would not use the same letting agent again as the full charges are not disclosed until the booking is completed. Charged extra for credit card payment. No other form of payment available.

Fair to middling

Positives - presents well for a first impression; warm. Advisory - suitable for short stays only. Recommendations - that the owner and property manager spend time in the house as a guest would in order to improve customer experience and upgrade internal amenity. A thorough deep clean would be a great start to get rid of grease marks up the wall behind the cooker, brown spots on the kitchen ceiling, black marks inside the washing machine, lift the tacky feeling from the dining table etc…

Peaceful getaway in Tai Tapu

Tranquil location but still close to Chch. The friendly dog next door that came to visit was a bonus too.
