As you walk in you are greeted with an open floor plan; kitchen open to the living room and the sofa that has been positioned to take in that beautiful view. The master bedroom has a king bed, the bathroom has a shower and there are his and her sinks. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds. Both guest bathrooms have walk in showers. The Somerset Condo is a gated community and is located close to several shops, restaurants, a movie theater and many other amenities.

Beach and pools were very nice. Only complaint with the condo was the double bed in the front room was very broken down and uncomfortable. The swing on the patio was falling apart, not safe to sit in.

The property was nice and quiet, private, the parking was easy in the covered parking area, short distance to the beach, and during this time of year, not overcrowded which was really nice.
Perfect place. Amazing location and seamless experience. We plan to try and book again next year!Only constructive feedback I would have is to provide more trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the view of the ocean, the pools, and workout room. We enjoyed the nearby restraunts. The only thing we thought needs updating is the couch. Thanks for our stay!

Our family of two parents with three young children had the space to spread out in the condo and enjoy our beach vacation. The crib was convenient, and we loved having the storage area available for our stroller and beach supplies. We prepared many meals in the kitchen and were grateful for the washer/dryer, too. Hope to return again!

We absolutely love staying at Somerset! We appreciate the ease of staying on the beach especially with a toddler. We always rent a car so we can explore the island but there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This unit could use a few updates and attention to detail but overall was nice except for the couch. It needs to be replaced before we would rent this particular unit again. Clausen Properties is reliable and helpful and we would definitely use their services again.

Was ok
Keys did not work only one key fob worked for the pool when we arrived the place was somewhat cleaned Sheet sets didn’t match it. It’s a lot older looking once you go inside feel like the price was a little high for how old it was. An outdated views were great but again could’ve got better for the same price.
The property overall was nice, but definitely has lacked attention. Beach chairs, umbrellas (I purchased one), sand toys, etc all needed replacement. Small things like dull kitchen knives, worn pillows and bedding and bifold doors that didn’t open properly took a little away from a truly great condo unit. We enjoyed the 2nd floor location and the proximity to the beach was amazing, along with a great heated pool and a very nice gym.
