This remodeled, two-story, 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located within walking distance to The Village and Village Gondola. Enjoy mountain modern decor while relaxing next to the pellet-stove, get comfy on the large sectional and watch the large flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances (PLEASE NOTE: The condo does NOT have a dishwasher). Dine just down the road in The Village, where you will find plenty of restaurants, or stay in and use the private gas grill on the balcony. The master bedroom sits on the main level with a King bed and access to the full bathroom, with ceiling fan and flatscreen TV and access to the balcony. The upstairs features a loft area as well as a second bedroom and bathroom. The loft area has 3 Twin beds and large flatscreen TV while the closed-off bedroom has a Queen and a day bed with 1 Twin+Trundle twin. Both share the upstairs full bathroom with shower/tub. This two story, upper unit offers all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay, in a convenient location close to it all. The San Sierra community offers coin operated laundry facilities on site, BBQ grills with outdoor seating area, enclosed year-round hot tub, and sauna. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are stairs to this unit, 2 levels inside, pet-friendly, and no smoking. Solid pet-friendly spot. Convenient location to village gondola which made mountain access easy. The condo was clean and plenty of beds for guests to sleep. The kitchen could have been more stocked with cleaning supplies for folks who like to cook.

Great cabin near Mammoth Village!

Loved staying at this spot near Mammoth Village. Super cozy and perfect for the trip I went on with my friends. Highly recommend!

Good stay

This is a great place for our family. 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The loft space was comfortable and great for our extra non-coupled guest. The kitchen was perfect for a quick breakfast in the morning and everything was easily accessible. Great communication for how to pick up the keys and easy check in process. The walk uphill from town is a little steep but doable.

Great location!

Amazing location walking distance to the village. The place is kept nice and clean. Easy check in and check out process through Mammoth Reservations. Note there is no king bed, only queens. You also need to walk through the loft to get to the second bedroom so the loft doesn’t really have its own space. A few minor issues with stocked materials when we checked in, but management was responsive and delivered. The hot tub was great but only operational half of our stay. Overall would come back!

Very Rustic

The pellet stove did not work, there was no dish washer, kitchen cupboards are broken or not functioning in kitchen, the lighting was awful, doorway thresholds between tile and carpets were unfinished and some poor animal went nuts in the master bedroom and scratched and bit away the bottom of the door and the molding. The bathroom heater fan is barely attached to the wall. This place needs work before any more guests should stay.

Ski get away

Property was very clean and looks like pictures. Not having a dishwasher with a family was a bit difficult and I wish I had brought paper plates. Although unit was clean, it did not have products for us to clean up after ourselves. Pellet stove was finicky but once we got it going it did the job although not the same as a real fireplace. Location was amazing., walking distance to everything! Beds were a little uncomfortable- very soft. Could use replacing but otherwise the house was fine

Excellent Ski Weekend Stay

Don't let the other reviews fool you, this place was excellent for our stay. We stayed with 8 adults for 2 nights. Plenty of beds/blankets/pillows/towels. The Kitchen was nicely stocked. I will say, if you plan to cook, bring your own spices/salt/pepper. There is no dishwasher, but that was clearly stated so we brought some paper product to reduce clean up. The hot tub was right across the parking lot - 30 second walk and very spacious. My only qualm is that you have to go into town to get the keys and parking pass for the unit, it would be nice to have a contactless check in and gain a code to the door. The unit is close to bus stop 81- blue line or a 8 min walk to Village/Gondola. There are also games, TVs, and comfortable couch. Super easy to take the dog out for a walk as well - watch out for bears in Mammoth though! Would stay in this unit again. Would be great for friends, family, couples, etc. Note there are lots of stairs for people who are not privy to this, but was not a bother for our group.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a horrible experience at Sans 26. The rental was filthy. There was dog hair all over the couch and cushions, there were chip crumbs and smashed skittles on the living room floor. The kitchen floor was just as bad. It didn’t look like the floors were cleaned prior to our arrival. The seat cushions on the kitchen chairs had nasty food spots, the bathtub had somebody’s hair in it. I could go on and on. I sent all the videos and pictures of the filth to Mammoth Reservations. They weren’t very accommodating. We had to leave so they could send their housekeepers out again and they still didn’t do a proper job. We will never stay at this unit again. It is clear the housekeepers they use do the bare minimum.

The fireplace did not work, it was cold even with the heater on, the restroom down stairs was freezing the heater in there didn’t do anything, the remote to main room was broken for fan
