This stylish and family-friendly renovated home offers a quality experience for families and small groups. A beautiful and charming house that is also located in the best location in the suburb of Rye, close to the essentials and within walking distance of the beach.
This lovely home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.
THE SPACE
Stay in the lap of family-friendly with this 3-bedroom home; with character and charm, it's perfect for a family getaway or a few couples enjoying the coast.
This home is drenched in crisp clean white and cream furniture, plus a hint of red, with plush bedding and high-end furniture.
The kitchen comprises stainless-steel appliances, including a Smeg dishwasher, built-in wine cooler fridge, ice maker, breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space.
The master suite has a walk-in robe and en suite, while additional bedrooms have large built-in robes, one with a wall TV.
Keeping the property nice and cool with polished floorboards throughout, bi-fold glass doors leading to your entertaining deck and a private spacious garden. The home is fully fenced with a large yard for your fluffy ones to holiday with you.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited

Bedroom 1: 1x Double bed - Sleeps 2 people
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed - Sleeps 2 people
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen bed - Sleeps 2 people
Included in the home: doona, doona cover and pillows.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
Please note, the cleaning fee does include the cleaning and also the linen and towels for the guests to use for added comfort and convenience.
Parties are not allowed and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. There is to be no music after 9 pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 11 pm on Friday and Sat nights. Disobeying these rules may result in losing your bond. We have permanent residents as neighbours with young kids. Disturbance to our neighbours and police involvement, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in losing your bond.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.
GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
