Overall the condo was a great value. Location was close to the subway and around the corner is a great pub and Mexican resturant. Only downside was outside the window was a patio that anyone could sit at and smoke and the blinds did not block out any light.

Bronx Stay
Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.
Air conditioning did not work and was moved to second room watch was not clean

No coffee shop no tv
The coffee shop in the bldg was closed for good. As in empty. I had no place to go to get food/coffee where I felt comfortable walking too.
My first night I walked to the nearest restaurant I could find and it was pretty scary. I made sure I was back before dark and I didn’t go anywhere afterwards. Also, the tv never worked. Here was no signal at all.

Has potential
If you want groceries for this location - go BEFORE you arrive. The only places to buy food is a convenience store and a Dollar General w/in walking distance.
This is not an area where you can walk at night!
There is no food/drink in the building. There used to be a cafe downstairs but it is closed. You can get the apartments next door to buzz you in to buy things from their vending machine.
It is easy access to the highway and there is a parking garage for a car.
My room was clean and overall it was an ok experience for the money.
Suggestions:
Get blackout curtains b/c if you are facing the street there is never a time where there isn't noise or light coming in your room.
You need to change the air filters in the a/c. They are caked and there is a moldy / unclean smell when it is turned on.
The hair dryer motor was burned up, popping and smoking when I tried to turn it on. I left it on the counter. Please do not put that back as it is a fire hazard. So no working hair dryer.
The shower leaks badly onto the floor which is slick. The ceiling over the shower is peeling and the caulking needs to be replaced due to mold.
