The owner has spared no expense to ensure a comfortable stay, with amenities including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, four TVs with Netflix, HBO Max, and more, one DVD player, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for two vehicles. Occupancy is limited to 10 guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on the building property. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

This unit is located in a great spot with a great balcony. Close proximity to the beach, Bus pickup right across the street snd drop off in front.

Such a great space!!! 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, allowed for 5 adults to all be very comfortable. The condo is right in the heart of OC, walking distance to great food and waterfront spots like Aloft and Seacrets. The wrap around porch is lovely, but a little loud as it is partially on Coastal Hwy, but luckily the sounds don't permeate into the condo. We had a fantastic time and may book again.
