- The property was designed as a duplex with two completely separate kitchens and living areas.
- It is perfect for multi family get aways who still want some private space for cooking a relaxing

It is a great place to stay for a family gathering. It is clearly a family holiday home. The kitchen well stocked and cooking space. The rooms large and comfortable.The deck overlooking the pacific ocean is a wonderful spot for lunches and dinners. Location between Avoca beach and Copacabana beach, is great.

Great family getaway

Well presented place that felt like home but luxury of hotel. Excellent for a family getaway with multiple spaces to gather and enjoy our time. Great for kids with pool table/ Table tennis and plenty of board games. Close to shops and beach. Would highly recommend to any family wanting to have a relaxing and fun getaway.

Perfect house for a large family. Plenty of room and 2 kitchens help. Location was great, close to walking trials and the beach. Table tennis and pool table were a bonus. The house was clean and recently renovated. Would stay again

We had such a lovely weekend. Sue-Anne made everything easy and comfortable for all of us. A bonus watching the whales migrate as we sipped champagne on the spacious, comfortable upstairs deck. We will be back !

From the beginning of booking, bedrooms arrangement, check-in procedure, Sue-Anne was profusely accommodating, supportive and very attentive to our requests and immediate resolution of ongoing functionalities of facilities During our stay, she was so helpful and caring enough to worry about our surprising encounters of the local wildlife (kookaburras).But I digress, the luxurious appointment of the house is second to none- can I add an extra star to the 5 stars rating that it truly deserves. The house is so nice, very spacious, quiet and very private in a least traffic 'cul'de-sac'. True to the word of Luxury - a state of great comfort and elegance, the house is beyond 'wow' factor. The two kitchens lend itself truly to a big family-friendly accommodation. Newly renovated bathrooms and especially the kitchens are so 'inviting' - makes you want to hang around and do your thing - cooking, of course!My family enjoyed every minute of our stay, if we are not in the nearby beaches, and marine parks. How do I summarize in a short sentence of the grand experience we've had - I guess my 4 grandkids said it one phrase - Grandpa, can we stay here longer!!

A wonderful stay with all the touches and little extras families need. We stayed as a group of friends with small children and the house was perfect. Sue was a very communicative and wonderful host leaving so many great little touches in the home. The linen felt beautiful (boutique hotel feel), whilst the pantry was full with extremely helpful staples. There was even a packet of gluten free biscuits much to the delight of one of our children who is celiac. The second kitchen was also perfect for this reason. The ping pong table got great use and the multiple lounge areas very comfortable! The rooms are a large size and the deck was perfect for the whale watching and admiring the multiple resident kookaburras. The dining tables outside and in were very generous sizes to fit all of us around comfortably! We also appreciated the gate at the top of the deck stairs for the kids safety. Well done Sue on creating such a beautiful home perfect for families to enjoy at the end of a beach day! We hope to be back regularly for more school holiday memories!

The property size for our family was good. It would have been better if we had a pool. The decor & attention to detail was good. However, most of the flyscreens need replacing as we couldn’t open some windows making it very hot in the bedrooms. Value for money disappointing.

Fantastic home with everything provided

Very clean, organised and well kept home. There are double ups of everything, 2 kitchen spaces, 2 lounge areas etc. Pool x ping pong table are fantastic extras that add to the vibe. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into this holiday home. Well done!
