Great condo at Indian shores

Great place for a family vacation. Very short walk to the beach. Condo was clean organized, a home away from home. Kids loved the place. I am definitely planning to be back in the same property.

Warmth and Relaxation!

We loved our stay at Indian Shores. The condo was beautiful and clean! The beach was close by and when we weren't at the beach we could sit on the balcony overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. Super relaxing community and plenty of places to visit close by.

Great property, just like the pictures. Saw dolphins and all kinds of birds while drinking coffee on the balcony . The beautiful beach was just around the corner, couldn't of been better! We will definitely be back 😊

We enjoy the Captain's Cove complex and have stayed in various units at this complex over the years. Communication with the property management company was great. They were very responsive to the questions/issues at the start of our stay.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and absolutely spotless on arrival. Location is excellent with wonderful views from the balcony, and a short walk to the beach. The property management company were very good to react to a small problem with the dishwasher. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again.

It had a spectacular view of the intercostal. The few negatives for me was 3 flights of stairs for a senior citizens. There also was no storage allowed in the parking area .it was not easy to carry suitcases golf clubs and beach chairs up the three flights of stairs

Great location

Great location. Beach access is very near. Beds are by far the best beds I have ever slept on. The condo has everything you need and excellent views. No need to book a dolphin cruise you will see plenty out side the balcony. Only con's are the 3 flight of stairs are not fun to carry your beach chairs and wagon. Also if you have a young family like ours you will have to watch out for all the breakable iteam. Overall it was a great experience!

The condo had a great layout and so comfortable and plenty of room to relax and take in the beautiful views from the balcony. Property was clean and well-maintained and just wished there was a ceiling fan the master bedroom otherwise everything was perfect. I didn’t even mind the stair climb up the second floor since it gave the best views. Would definitely recommend this property.

Seas the Memories

So many positives - location on intercoastal and short walk to beach was perfect, bed comfortable, great towels, didn’t cook much but looked to be well-equipped, great pool noodles and beach chairs, lovely balcony, great TV’s, lovely beach decorations, comfortable furniture, gorgeous warm pool - I could go on and on Some bowls had food dried on put back in cupboard, we re-washed. We knew about the stairs and we managed but very difficult for seniors with luggage to manage without an elevator - realize you can’t do much about that but it is a definite drawback. My rating is excellent 9/10 - would go back in a heartbeat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely unit, well appointed and tastefully decorated; however, the smell of cigarette smoke (from the owner below) is unbelievable. We had to keep a door or window cracked all the time to get fresh air. When we first checked in, I assume the place had been closed up for 24-36 hrs., and the smell was horrendous! The Property Mgr. was good to bring us a deodorizer spray and fresh towels (as they all smelled like cigarettes!) on Sunday morning. The condo is in a nice location with a beautiful view. It is also a shame they do not have storage facilities on the ground floor. Dragging a beach cart up/down stairs everyday was a bit much! (As they don't allow you to store it in the parking garage). We were reprimanded by an owner for leaving our beach cart in the garage a couple hours while we ran up the street to get some items. (Not to mention it was the same owner who smokes!). It's a lot to ask tenants to take beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. up 3 flights of stairs each day). Thank goodness we are in shape!

The condo itself was clean, extremely welcoming and had everything we needed for the duration of our stay (aside from a reusable Keurig cup but we bought a couple and left it in the cabinet for future guests). The view from the condo is incredible. You’ll have the opportunity to see local birds and dolphins right from the balcony (the living room also has a set of binoculars so you can see them up close). The beach is only a 3-minute walk and was never crowded when we walked over there. If you’re more of a pool person, the pool is the perfect temperature and also never crowded. The people over at The Seaside Property Shoppe are also incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!

Amazing waterfront view!

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Condo was very spacious, tastefully appointed, very clean, furnished with all kitchen necessities, quiet, a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Indian Shores Beach & a short drive to nearby restaurants. And, of course, an amazing waterfront view for watching dolphins, manatees & sea gulls diving for dinner. . It was perfect for our annual family girls' trip. We plan to return.
