The Space:
This beautiful home is suited for 6 adults and 4 children. There are 3 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. When you arrive to stay you will be welcomed with a gift of wine and welcome compendium. The house is fitted out with high quality furnishings and is suitable for a wide array of visitors to Mandurah. This is our home and we hope to make it yours for the duration of your stay. We will not be at the house during your stay, but if you need us we are only a phone call away. All linen and bathroom accessories are provided for you. The house is family ready and friendly. Well fit out kitchen and bathrooms are modern, well lit and clean. Laundry with washer and dryer is available. A large patio with a day bed for that afternoon nap and a couch for sharing a drink or coffee overlooks the canal.

The Neighborhood:
Wannanup (also known as Port Bouvard, Avalon and Florida) is a residential suburb in Western Australia, located 12 kilometres southwest of Mandurah and 87 kilometres south-southwest of the state capital, Perth. It is surrounded on three sides by water — the Indian Ocean to the west, the Harvey Estuary to the east and the Dawesville Channel to the south — and is home to the Port Bouvard development. It is one of four suburbs which lie on an island created by the building of the Dawesville Channel. Many great restaurants, bars and cafes close by. The neighbourhood is very safe, quiet and peaceful. Take your boat into Mandurah and moor up alongside the numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops, check out the canal homes and marina or head up the Murray River and enjoy lunch at one of the places along the way. Take a walk / ride on one of the many pathways into Mandurah or around the waterways. Approximately 1-2 kilometres to the nearest shopping mall.
Getting Around:
Room for two cars in the garage and street parking available. BUS STOPS AND TIMETABLES The Tourist Information Centre in Mandurah will have the details. The house is 14 minutes (14 km) from Mandurah Train Station and the main Bus Station. Mandurah is well served by public transport and road. A direct train service to and from Perth provides rapid and convenient public transport, and the modern Kwinana Freeway provides easy access to the town by car.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide photo ID and selfie to host (Qualitystays) as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can upload the photo ID and selfie to the check in form or by sending a message on the booking platform or email us.
Guests must not move furniture around. It is expected that the guests will treat the property with respect and care. This includes keeping it clean and tidy, reporting any damages promptly, and leaving the property in the same condition you found it.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
Guests will incur a fee of $100 to replace a key and $250 to replace a remote.
